- 目的
- 様々な難聴および外耳・中耳・内耳奇形の原因遺伝子変異の解明と臨床診断への応用
- 研究方法
- 既知の難聴関連遺伝子領域の塩基配列を、Ion PGM、Ion Proton、HiSeq 2000、IonS5を用いて決定する
- 対象
- 症候群性難聴(Usher症候群):17症例
