NBDC Human Database API

The public data of the NBDC Human Database portal, as JSON.

Every endpoint, its parameters, the query language and the shape of each answer are in the OpenAPI document at /api/openapi.json. This page draws that document with Swagger UI, which runs in the browser.

• GET /api/research: Search published researches

• GET /api/research/{humId}: The latest published version of a research
• GET /api/research/{humId}/{version}: One published version of a research
• GET /api/dataset: Search published datasets
• GET /api/dataset.jsonl: Every published dataset
• GET /api/dataset/{datasetId}: A published dataset
• GET /api/fields: The fields a query may name, and the values they take
• GET /api/dblink: The accession types the correspondence covers
• GET /api/dblink/{type}: The whole correspondence, from one side
• GET /api/dblink/{type}/{id}: What one accession is linked to
• GET /api/jga-date: The accession types the dates cover
• GET /api/jga-date/{type}: The dates of every public JGA accession of one type
