    DNAs/RNAs were extracted from EBV-infected cells, cell-lines, uninfected cells and PBMCs from 65 patiants with chronic active EBV infection (CAEBV), NK cells and PBMCs from 6 patiants with infectious mononucleosis (IM) and 4 healthy individuals. WGS, WES, Amplicon-seq, RNA-seq, Methylation array, scRNA-seq/ADT-seq/TCR-seq and CUT&RUN-seq analyses were performed. Bam, bai, IDAT and fastq files are provided.
