    mRNAs were extracted from 2 patient-derived glioblastoma cell lines (tumor initiating cells) (TGS-01, TGS-04), and the sequences were read by using of Genome Analyzer IIx (Illumina) / IonProton (Thermo Fisher Scientific). The sequences are provided as fastq format.
    Genomic DNA was extracted from 1 patient-derived glioblastoma cell line (tumor initiating cell) (TGS-01), and whole genome sequencing was performed with IonProton (Thermo Fisher Scientific). The sequences are provided as fastq format.
