    RNAs extracted from tumor tissues from 20 advanced or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer patients before administering anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody treatment were used for RNA-sequencing analysis. Fastq data, the read count and TPM data are provided (fastq and csv files).
