    RNA extracted from CD19+ cells and T cells of 4 cases of treatment-naïve IgG4-related disease, 3 cases of primary Sjögren's syndrome meeting the ACR/EULAR classification criteria, and 3 healthy individuals were used for RNA-seq analysis. Fastq files are provided.
