    B and T cells isolated from tumor tissues of 10 uterine cancer patients and normal uterine tissue from 1 patient with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndrome were used for scRNA-seq, scBCR-seq, scTCR-seq and CITE-seq analyses. Fastq, h5, csv and tsv files are provided.
