    RNAs extracted from CD4+ T cell and B cell isolated from peripheral blood of 2 myasthenia gravis patients, 4 multiple sclerosis patients, 3 systemic lupus erythematosus patients and 3 healthy cases were used for the single-cell RNA sequencing and single-cell VDJ sequencing analyses. Fastq files are provided.
