    RNA-seq, Exome and DNA methylation array in a patient with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) were performed using DNA/RNAs extracted from CD14+/CD16- monocytes isolated from peripheral blood samples collected at HCT and relapse. The data are provided as bam and bpm format files.
