    gDNAs and RNA extracted from human placentas or maternal blood cells obtained from following patients were used for the WGS, Exome, WGBS and RNA-seq (fastq files).
    1) WGS (2 human placentas and 2 maternal blood cells)
    2) Exome (24 human placentas and 24 maternal blood cells)
    3) WGBS (15 human placentas)
    4) RNA-seq (21 human placentas)
