    gDNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells of 44 Japanese aggressive periodontitis patients were used for whole exon sequencing (fastq files). Exons were captured using Agilent SureSelect Human All Exon V5 (50M) kit and a multiplex sequence was performed with the Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencer (150 bp, Paired-end).
