Research overview

Aims
To build a Japanese control DNA database for application to genetic investigations on adverse drug reactions and facilitate in the development of drugs with high efficacy and safety.
Methods
Determine the genotype of nearly 2.5 million single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by using of illumina HumanOmni2.5-8.
