Research title
Genomic Analysis of Digestive System Malignancies and Precancerous Lesions
Research overview
- Aims
- To comprehensively characterize genetic alterations in digestive system malignancies and premalignant lesions at Kyoto University Hospital and elucidate the associations between their genetic profiles and clinicopathological factors.
- Methods
- Tumor and matched non-tumor tissues were collected from surgically resected IPNB specimens. DNA was extracted from each tissue sample and subjected to whole-exome sequencing.
- Participants/materials
- intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct (IPNB): 10 cases
22 tumor tissues and 10 matched non-tumor tisuues - URL
