    RNA extracted from a single cell isolated from tumor tissues collected from 3 patients with undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma and 3 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma were used for scRNA-seq analysis. Fastq data and expression matrix data (h5) are provided.
