Research overview

Aims
The Keio Women's Health Biobank aims to collect and store patient specimens and to appropriately provide specimens and clinical information for future studies. In addition, the biobank seeks to establish a research infrastructure that controbutes to medical reseraches by providing gynecologic tumor organoids (three-dimensionally cultured cells derived from normal / diseased tissues) together with clinical information, multi-omics data, and drug sensitivity testing information to academic institutions and pharmaceutical companies in Japan and abroad.
