Aims
The goal is to elucidate the mechanisms of tumor initiation and progression, identify gene signatures associated with drug efficacy and adverse effects, and develop more accurate and reliable diagnostic methods and therapeutic targets.
Methods
RNA extracted from frozen tissue sections obtained from tumor and normal renal cortex specimens was used for RNA-seq analysis.
