    DNAs/RNAs extracted from tumor and non-tumor tissues obtained from patients with liver cancer caused by rare liver diseases, especially Fontan-associated liver disease were used for the whole-genome sequencing and RNA sequencing analyses. Fastq, vcf and csv files are provided.
