    RNAs extracted from the blood, tumor, metastatic lymph nod, non-metastatic lymph node, and metastatic liver cancer samples from 2 esophagogastric junction cancer and 3 gastric cancer patients were used for single-cell RNA-seq, TCR-seq and CITE-seq analyses. Fastq files are provided.
