    RNAs extracted from epithelial cells from non-tumor colon organoid from a colorectal cancer patient and Caco-2 cells conducted after co-cultivation with Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (B. longum) or cultivation without B. longum were used for RNA-sequencing analysis. Fastq and csv files are provided.
