Research title
The research for the identification of neoantigen and tumor immune microenvironment in lung cancer
Research overview
- Aims
- To evaluate the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) of lung cancer to develop a new immune based therapy.
- Methods
- We carried out RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on 113 tumor tissues from patients with lung cancer. To evaluate the tumor immune microenviroment (TIME), we calculated the score (T-score; Glycolysis, Mitotic spindle, I-score; T cells, B cells, MHC-complex, S-score; angiogenesis, hypoxia, epithelial mesenchymal transition, cytokine production suppression) using single sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (ssGSEA).
- Participants/materials
- We enrolled a total of 113 patients with lung cancer who underwent lung resection from August 2019 to June 2021 and obtained the fresh tumor samples.
