    Exome, RNA-seq, SNP array, DNA methylation array and WGBS in 165 cases of pediatric hepatoblastoma were performed using DNA/RNAs extracted from tumor tissues and non-tumor tissues of patients. The data are provided as bam, txt, CEL and bigwig format files.
