    Genomic DNA and total RNA were isolated from each cell line (OCUM-8, OCUM-9). DNA was subjected to enrichment of exonic fragments with a SureSelect Human All Exon V5 followed by nucleotide sequencing with the HiSeq 2500 platform using the paired-end option. Total RNA was subjected to RNA-seq with HiSeq 2500 using a NEBNext Ultra Directional RNA Library Prep Kit. Data are provided as fastq and bam files.
