    DNAs extracted from tumor tissues (primary tumor obtained prior to NAC / after NAC, and metastatic tumor), normal intestinal mucosa, and blood plasma from 10 colorectal cancer patients were used for a target capture deep sequencing by using of the HaloPlex Cancer Research Panel. Fastq files are provided. .
