    DNAs extracted from non-tumor tissues (or blood cells as normal tissues) and the primary tumor tissues from 74 rectal cancer treated with preoperative chemoraidotherapy were used for whole exome sequencing analysis (fastq files). Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Custom(v5n) or SureSelect Custom(v5) and read by Illumina [HiSeq 2000] (paired-end: 200 bp).
