DNAs extracted from 147 normal, primary tumor, and recurrent tumor tissues from 60 B cell lymphoma patients were used for the whole exome sequencing (fastq files). Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Human All Exon V4 + lincRNA, SureSelect Human All Exon V5 + lincRNA and read by Illumina HiSeq 2000 (paired-end: 100 bp).
