    Release note
    DNAs extracted from 214 normal, primary tumor, and metastasis tumor tissues from 75 gastric cancer patients were used for the whole exome sequencing (fastq files).
    Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Human All Exon V4 + lincRNA, SureSelect Human All Exon V5 + lincRNA and read by Illumina HiSeq 2000 (paired-end: 100 bp).
