    DNAs extracted from long-term self-renewing neuroepithelial-like stem cells induced from iPS cells established of skin fibroblasts from CHARGE syndrome patients were used for ChIP-seq analyses (fastq format files). Anti-histone antibody (H3K27ac) was used for immunoprecipitation. ChIP-Seq libraries were prepared by using KAPA Hyper Preparation Kit and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 2500 (50 bp, single-end).
