    Release note
    RNAs were extracted from single cells of culture tissues derived from 3 CRC patients. Libraries for single-cell RNA-seq were prepared with Chromium Single Cell 3' v1 Reagent kit and scRNA-seq was performed with Illumina HiSeq 2500 (50 bp, Single-end). scRNA-seq data are provided as fastq files.
