Aims
To clarify the comprehensive gene expression profiles, transcriptome analysis using frozen tumor tissues from patients with cervical cancer was conducted.
Methods
RNA sequencing was conducted using RNA isolated from frozen cancer tissues obtained from the 29 patients with cervical cancer
Participants/materials
Twenty-nine patients with cervical cancer underwent surgical treatment at the National Cancer Center Hospital between 2002 and 2020
