    DNAs/RNAs extracted from tumor tissues dissected from 8 different organs of a patient diagnosed with urothelial carcinoma who received immunotherapy were used for the whole exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, whole genome sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and Visium analyses. Fastq, bam, tif, and xlsx files are provided.
