Research title
Molecular Pathological exprolation of Tumor Formation and Functional Differentiation Using Parasellar Skull Base Tumors and Malignant Glioma Tissues
Research overview
- Aims
- Comprehensive analysis of genetic and clinical information on parasellar base skull tumors and multiple malignant gliomas is expected to elucidate the pathogenesis of the diseases and provide clinically useful results leading to prevention and the development of personalized medicine.
- Methods
- The cell suspension from the resected tumor specimens was processed according to 10×Genomics specifications, using the 10×Chromium Next GEM single-cell 3ʹ reagent kit and library construction kit. After quantification and quality assessment of the library, single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000.
- Participants/materials
- Surgical resection specimens from 10 craniopharyngiomas
