Compare the functional MRI data with amyloid PET images and cognitive data and establish a methodologies for the very early stage of Alzheimer disease (AD).
Methods
Structural MRI, resting state functional MRI, diffusion tensor imaging, and arterial spin labeling will be acquired

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and preclinical AD individuals (ICD10: F00)
