Research title
Comprehensive genetic analysis and database construction for head and neck cancer
Research overview
- Aims
- To clinically identify recurrence and metastasis prediction markers and establish new molecular target therapies, we conducted a conprehensive genetic analysis of head and neck malignant tumor tissues and patient-derived blood.
- Methods
- DNA were extracted from tumor tissues and matched normal samples (peripheral blood mononuclear cells: PBMC), and subjected to whole exome sequencing analysis.
- Participants/materials
- Bilateral / unilateral cancer of the external auditory canal
