    Release note
    RNAs were extracted from surgicallly resected tumor and non-tumor tissues of 25 prostate cancer patients. Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared with TrueSeq RNA library preparation Kit and RNA-seq was performed by using of HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) (50 bp, Single-end). RNA-seq data are provided as bam files.
