    Release note
    RNAs extracted from fibroblasts of 2 Familial Dysautonomia cases provided by Coriell institute were used for RNA-seq analysis. Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared with Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 and RNA-seq was performed by using of Thermo Fisher Scientific [Ion Proton] (Single-end). Fastq files and txt files (transcripts per million: TPM) are provided.
