    RNAs were extracted from isolated cells using different markers (CD14-CD11c- / CD14-CD11c- / CD14+CD11c-CD163low) from tumor tissues of Crohn's diseases and non-tumor tissues of colorectal cancers. Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared with KAPA Library Preparation Kit and RNA-seq was performed with Thermo Fisher Scientific [Ion S5] (150 bp on average, Single-end). RNA-seq data are provided as fastq.
