    DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells from 3 EGFR-mutant lung cancer patients were used for the whole exome sequencing (bam files).
    Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Target Enrichment System Human All Exon V2 and read by Illumina HiSeq 2000 (single-end: 50 bp).
