    One chromatin DNA sample extracted from an ALT cell line (ED) was used for ChIP-Seq analysis (fastq format files).
    After immunoprecipitation using anti-CTCF, anti-histon (H3K36me3, H3K4me3, H3K9ac, H2A.Z), and rabbit polyclonal control IgG, ChIP-Seq libraries were sequenced using Illumina NextSeq 500 platform.
