    Genomic DNA was extracted from Imatinib-resistant GIST and subjected to the enrichment of exon fragments by using SureSelect Human All Exon V5+UTRs.
    It was sequenced 101 bases from both ends of them with a HiSeq 1500 system (Illumina) with paired-end mode (fastq files).
