NBDC Research ID: hum0580.v1

SUMMARY

Aims: The Keio Women's Health Biobank aims to collect and store patient specimens and to appropriately provide specimens and clinical information for future studies. In addition, the biobank seeks to establish a research infrastructure that controbutes to medical reseraches by providing gynecologic tumor organoids (three-dimensionally cultured cells derived from normal / diseased tissues) together with clinical information, multi-omics data, and drug sensitivity testing information to academic institutions and pharmaceutical companies in Japan and abroad.

Methods: whole genome sequencing

Participants/Materials: a patient with gastric-type cervical adenocarcinoma
