SUMMARY
Aims: By conducting genome analysis using NCC Biobank samples, we will clarify the somatic alterations of young-onset and rare cancers and explore therapeutic target molecules.
Methods: Whole exome sequencing, Target capture sequencing, RNA sequencing
Participants/Materials: Ovarian cancer 51 patients (AYA Generation 6 patients, non-AYA Generation 45 patients)
