SUMMARY

Aims: To clarify the comprehensive gene expression profiles, transcriptome analysis using frozen tumor tissues from patients with cervical cancer was conducted.

Methods: RNA sequencing was conducted using RNA isolated from frozen cancer tissues obtained from the 29 patients with cervical cancer

Participants/Materials: Twenty-nine patients with cervical cancer underwent surgical treatment at the National Cancer Center Hospital between 2002 and 2020
