SUMMARY
Aims: The Keio Women’s Health Biobank, established by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Keio University School of Medicine, contributes to medical research by providing gynecologic tumor-derived organoids, along with associated clinical information, multi-omics data, and drug sensitivity profiles, to domestic and international research institutions and pharmaceutical companies.
Methods: Whole exome sequencing, RNA sequencing
Participants/Materials: Ovarian cancer
Exome: Ovarian clear cell carcinoma: 11 cases (tumor-derived organoid: 11 samples, normal tissue: 11 samples)
RNA-seq: Ovarian clear cell carcinoma: 10 cases (tumor-derived organoid: 10 samples, AGR2 knockout clear cell carcinoma organoid: 4 samples, GFP overexpressed clear cell organoid as control: 2 samples)
High-grade serous carcinoma: 7 cases (tumor-derived organoid: 7 samples)
