NBDC Research ID: hum0390.v1

SUMMARY

Aims: To establish a knowledge basis for human reproduction and development by conducting genomic and epigenomic analyses on the cells and tissues of organs essential for pregnancy.

Methods: Total RNA samples from endometrial tissues were subjected to RNA sequencing analysis.

Participants/Materials: Endometrial tissues from chronic endometritis cases and control cases
