SUMMARY

Aims: To investigate the characteristics of squamous cell carcinoma arising from mature teratoma of the ovary by single nucleus RNA sequencing.

Methods: Nuclei were isolated from archival fresh frozen cancer tissues and libraries were acquired with the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3' Reagent Kits v3.1 following the manufacturer’s protocol (10X Genomics). Then, libraries were sequenced on a Novaseq (Illumina).
