Aims: To detect predictive biomarkers for genitourinary cancer treatment.

Methods: Whole exome sequencing analysis

Participants/Materials: Genomic DNAs extracted from tumor tissues and leukocytes that were obtained from one castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) patient.
