SUMMARY
Aims: Evaluate the differences of sebum RNA between healthy males and male patients with atopic dermatitis using the data of study 1 (Analysis for skin molecules and properties in healthy subjects) and study 2 (Analysis for skin molecules in patients with atopic dermatitis).
Methods: AmpliSeq Transcriptome analysis was performed to analyze human mRNA expressions in sebum RNA
