NBDC Research ID: hum0293.v1

SUMMARY

Aims: Exploration of genetic factors that contribute to molecular pathogenesis and therapeutic sensitivity of hematopoietic malignancies

Methods: 1. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of primary adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL) patients. Library construction and whole-genome sequencing analysis were performed.

                 2. After genetic modifications in the ATL Cell line (TL-om1 cell), genomic DNA was extracted from the cells. Library construction and whole-genome sequencing analysis were performed.

Participants/Materials: ATL  patients and  ATL cell line
