Aims: To explore prognostic biomarkers using RNAseq data from tumor tissues of resected pancreatic cancer patients

Methods: Analyses of gene expression and lymphocyte enrichment in the tumor tissues by using of RNA-seq data

Participants/Materials: Patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent curative surgery
