SUMMARY

Aims: To clarify mechanisms of resistance to chemoradiotherapy for esophageal cancer

Methods: DNA was extracted from peripheral blood cells and tumor tissues obtained by endoscopyc biopsy or surgery. Then whole exome sequencing was performed.

Participants/Materials: Esophageal cancers treated with chemoradioherapy
